By accessing or using Airacle Lens ("Service"), a product of Airacle ("Company"), located in India, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Airacle Lens is an artificial intelligence platform designed exclusively for legal professionals. The Service enables users to upload documents and submit queries for analysis through proprietary algorithms and third-party providers. The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses generated.
The Company does not provide any Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Airacle Lens. The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis only. The Company does not guarantee uptime, availability, response time, or any specific performance metrics. Users acknowledge that the Service may experience downtime, interruptions, or degraded performance without notice. The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service but assumes no obligation regarding its continuous availability or functionality.
Users may register through Google authentication services. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion.
You shall not: (i) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (iii) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (iv) upload content that infringes third-party rights; or (v) use the Service to develop competing products or services.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, design, text, and logos, are owned by the Company and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. No license to any intellectual property is granted except as explicitly stated herein.
You retain all rights to documents and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
The Service utilizes multiple inference providers and Google authentication. Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Company assumes no liability for the practices, policies, or actions of such third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Legal analysis provided by the Service does not constitute legal advice.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the Company's principal place of business.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
